How does the free trial work?

Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial of the full base plan. You add a payment method when you sign up, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before day 3 and you pay nothing.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Monthly is $29.99 per month, billed every month. Yearly works out to $27.49 per month, billed once per year at $329.89. You're paying for 11 months and getting the 12th free. Same features either way.

Do I need to pay extra for my techs or office staff?

The base plan covers the owner. Each additional teammate (techs, dispatch, office help) is $14.99 per seat per month on the monthly plan, or $13.74 per seat per month on the yearly plan (billed once per year at $164.89 per seat — 1 month free). Add and remove seats whenever you want.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time from your billing page. Monthly accounts stop at the end of the current month; yearly accounts can cancel to stop renewing. No cancellation fees, no phone calls.
